The Yoga 4 is for those who want a more advanced practice after having completed Yoga 3 or 3P.
In addition to the advanced practice of Asanas, sessions will focus on detailed corrections and anatomical details, breathing and Pranayama, advanced variations and Yoga philosophy.

Yoga 5 offers a natural progression from Yoga 4 and will combine the practice of Asanas with more advanced Pranayama techniques, Yoga Kriyas (cleansing techniques), Mantra chanting and meditation.

 Science of Pranayama recommended for yoga teachers Prerequisite: TTC, Yoga 4 or Instructor approval 
This course is designed to help you deepen your Pranayama practice both in theory and practice. We will go into more intense and prolonged practice of Kapalabhati and Anuloma Viloma, in addition to learning some of the minor Pranayama techniques. Please note that a yogic lifestyle – i.e. vegetarian diet, non-smoking, no alcohol – as well as a regular practice of Asanas and Pranayama are essential prerequisites for this course.

Eight practical workshops exploring the physical, mental and physic benefits of the yoga Asanas on the major systems of the body. These workshops are ideal for all those wanting to improve the practice of the yoga Asanas and are ideal for yoga teachers.
Each workshop will present 15 minutes of theory followed by practice. Please bring your yoga gear.
