| This course is designed to help you deepen your Pranayama practice both in theory and practice. We will go into more intense and prolonged practice of Kapalabhati and Anuloma Viloma, in addition to learning some of the minor Pranayama techniques. Please note that a yogic lifestyle – i.e. vegetarian diet, non-smoking, no alcohol – as well as a regular practice of Asanas and Pranayama are essential prerequisites for this course. |
