Dating back over 5.000 years, the healing system of Ayurveda, the science of life, is one of the oldest medical systems in the world. It is a source of profound knowledge for promoting and maintaining good health, preventing disease and increasing longevity.


Ayurveda gives much importance to proper nutrition to facilitate the digestion, balance our constitution and gives strength to both body and mind. Ayurveda has developped unique dietary principles in accordance with a person's body type (Vata, Pitta and Kapha) and the six tastes of food.
