Yoga exercises adapted for pregnancy. Open to all levels, suitable for beginners.It is advisable to begin classes after the first trimester. Contact the Centre for more details. |

Yoga adapted for children. Practice includes postures, breathing, relaxation, meditation, chanting and storytelling. Open to children ages 7 to 12. |

Free Introductory
Taster Class |
Free introduction to those new to the Sivananda Centres. Suitable for complete beginners and intermediate students. |
| Satsang: |
Group Meditation. Consists of 20-30 minutes of meditation, 45 minutes of mantra chanting, and a talk on Yoga the philosophy. Open to all. Special programmes may replace Satsangs from time to time. Please contact the centre to confirm dates and times. |
