Highly recommended as the follow up to Yoga 1, Yoga 2 is an ideal course for those wanting to go deeper into their Yoga practice.
The course includes a thorough introduction and preparation for the practice of the headstand, a focus on classical variations and a more in-depth look at the basic philosophy of Yoga. One can integrate into the daily drop-in classes with ease upon completing Yoga 2
or move on to the very popular Yoga 3. |

| YOGA 2 M |
| This course is designed to show the natural relation between the practice of yoga exercises and meditation. Each session is 21/2 hours long and follows the traditional Hatha Yoga system of postures (Asanas), breathing (Pranayama) and meditation (Dhyana). The course covers the theory and practice of meditation and is a good transition from Yoga 2 to Yoga 3 or Yoga 3P. |

| If you have completed Yoga 2 or Yoga 2M this course will allow you to continue to work on the headstand while beginning to learn more advanced postures and variations. When you’ve mastered the headstand you can move on to Yoga 4. |

| This is a new course combining Yoga 3 with Positive Thinking and is an ideal follow– up to Yoga 2M. Learn to apply the practical Positive Thinking techniques in your daily life while raising your level of physical and mental vitality. |

| This new course is designed to help you improve your breathing both in the yoga postures and the breathing exercises.
