Swami Bhagavatananda is Director of the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre in Munich. She is a long time practitioner of Yoga and Ayurveda and has a vast knowledge of vegetarian cooking. She teaches in the Sivananda Ayurvedic Nutrition Course since its inception as well as in the International Sivananda Yoga Teachers’ Training courses.
This special workshop will focus on the theory and practice of Ayurvedic cooking.
