Join us for our annual Summer Yoga Retreat at Gaunts House in beautiful Wimborne, Dorset. This annual retreat is a tradition going back many years and is always eagerly anticipated by Yoga students as a rare opportunity to relax, rejuvenate and deepen their experience of Yoga. The daily schedule is based on the 5 points for radiant health and mental peace of Swami Vishnudevananda and has been followed in Sivananda Ashrams and Centres worldwide for over 50 years, helping countless practitioners to stay strong and inspired in there practice.

Schedule: The retreat will begin on Thursday August 21 at 4pm and will end on Monday August 25 at approximately 1pm

Single with bath: Members £380 / Non-members £412

To book
Please complete and sign the application form along with a £50 deposit to secure your place and post to the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre in London. Full payment is due two weeks before arrival. No refunds can be given for cancellation unless the place can be reallocated.

What to Bring
Comfortable clothes, comfortable shoes/sandals/ walking shoes, towels and toiletries, yoga mat, meditation shawl, rainwear, cushion to sit on. Yoga mats, cushions, books, tapes, T-shirts and yoga trousers as well as book and tapes will be on sale during the retreat.
Classes
Classes are divided into groups to allow people to participate in classes at their own level. Beginners are welcome.

Accommodation
Simple and comfortable mainly in dormitories, some double rooms. Meals Simple nutritious and delicious vegetarian food will be served twice daily.

Retreat Rules
To maintain the spiritual atmosphere, no meat, fish or eggs are allowed. No smoking, alcohol or drugs. Attendance at both meditations and yoga classes is mandatory.
