What to Bring
Comfortable clothes, comfortable shoes/sandals/ walking shoes, towels and toiletries, yoga mat, meditation shawl, rainwear, cushion to sit on.
Yoga mats, cushions, books, tapes, T-shirts and yoga trousers as well as book and tapes will be on sale during the retreat.
Classes are divided into groups to allow people to participate at their own level.
Beginners are welcome.
Accommodations are simple and comfortable with a choice of shared rooms, some double rooms and single rooms. Meals are simple nutritious and delicious vegetarian food will be served twice daily.
To maintain the spiritual atmosphere, no meat, fish or eggs are allowed. No smoking, alcohol or drugs. Attendance at both meditations and yoga classes is mandatory.
