PAYMENT

  • Please await our confirmation by email before making any payment.
  • Payment can be made online through Paypal. Details will be given by email.
  • Minimum $100 non-refundable deposit is required with each booking.
  • Full payment is required three weeks before arrival.
  • In case of cancellation before the start of the retreat a refund will be given minus $100 administration fee.
    No refunds can be given for cancellations after the start of the retreat.

RULES

  1. Attendance at all classes, lectures, morning and evening meditation sessions is mandatory.
  2. Alcohol, tobacco, meat, fish, eggs and coffee are prohibited on the ashram premises. During the course we cannot cater to personal dietary preferences except the yogic-vegetarian meals. Absolutely no drugs.
    No taking, distributing or dealing in or around the ashram.
  3. Please respect silence in the ashram after 10.30 pm.
  4. Please play no music during the Retreat. Please switch off your mobile phone during the Yoga activities.
  5. IMPORTANT: If you have any medical problem, please let us know when you enrol for the retreat..
    All participants are required to see after his or her own health during the retreat, including any required medication, etc. The organizers of the retreat can in no way provide medical assistance at any time during the retreat.
  6. Photography, audio and video recording: Any publication of pictures during activities of the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre requires previous written authorisation of the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre as well as written authorisation of individuals shown on the picture(s).
    Audio and video recording of the activities of the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre are not permitted.

I assume full responsibility for myself and my personal property and will not hold the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre liable for any loss or damage thereof. The decision to participate in the activities is my own and I accept full responsibility for my own self.
