Hatha Yoga Pradhipika
A Talk with Dr. H.V.S Shastri
The Hatha Yoga Pradhipika is the classical 17th century treatise describing the various Hatha Yoga practices. Dr. Shastri is former Academic Director of the Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan Centre and has a vast knowledge of Vedic literature.
