Sivananda Yoga – the way to physical and mental health

The International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centres is a non-profit organisation with locations around the world. What makes us special? We teach classical yoga, which takes a holistic approach: Yoga shows us how to strengthen and harmonise the body, the mind and the soul, so that we can achieve our goal of a healthy body, a balanced mind and inner peace. Yoga helps remove inner obstacles and gives us the fortitude to stay cool, calm and collected when confronted with the everyday challenges of modern life.

Sivananda Yoga – the way to physical and mental well-being. The International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centres are very excited to bring the teachings of Swami Sivananda and Swami Vishnudevananda to Australia. A Sivananda retreat is a wonderful opportunity to relax, rejuvenate and deepen your experience of Yoga. Beginners are welcome.  >> read more at www.sivananda.eu
